The majority of plastic bottles currently produced by our company are made of environmentally friendly materials. Most of them are these materials: PET, PE (HDPE, LDPE), PP, PETG, PCR, PLA, wheat straw

1、PET (polyester)
PET material has smooth and glossy surface, good mechanical properties, high transparency, non-toxic and tasteless. The original color is fully transparent, but also can be made into any other color, the color shades / transparency can be adjusted. Made into a bottle after easy to be scratched / scratches (so most of our customers will choose a single bottle bag), can be made into a frosted surface or soft touch, but requires secondary processing, that is, the bottle is done and then sprayed into the frosted

2、PE (Polyethylene)
HDPE (high-density polyethylene) is matte/frosted, and the original color is translucent (similar to the color of candles). Bottles made out of this material light-colored friction-resistant, not easy to have scratches; dark-colored scratches are more obvious.

LDPE (low density polyethylene) is relatively bright / smooth, the original color is translucent (similar to the color of the candle) friction resistance, easy to have scratches

3、PP (polypropylene)
PP material is more shiny / smooth, the original color is translucent (similar to the color of the candle), friction-resistant, not easy to have scratches

4、PETG
PETG material with high transparency, extrusion and blowing production process, higher cost, suitable for the production of square / square flat / angular bottles, the bottles produced by this material, the surface is very flat, diamond corner.

5、PLA (polylactic acid)
PLA material is a new type of biodegradable material made from starch raw material proposed by using renewable plant resources (such as corn). It has good biodegradability and can be completely degraded by microorganisms in nature after use, eventually generating carbon dioxide and water without polluting the environment, which is very beneficial to the protection of the environment and is recognized as an environmentally friendly material.

6、PCR
PCR refers to post-consumer plastics, i.e. post-consumer plastics, commonly known as “recycle”, that is, to recycle used bottles and then make new bottles.

7、wheat straw
Wheat straw is a new green composite material made of natural plant fiber and polymer resin, compounded by a special process, with similar properties to ordinary thermoplastics, and can be processed directly into products by injection molding equipment.
