1、Procurement of raw materials

1、Raw Materials
After the customer places an order, we purchase a bottle blank of the corresponding color according to the color of the bottle. In other words, the color of the bottle is the color of the preform, and the color is made directly. After our factory receives the blanks, we do the step of “blowing/blow molding” to turn the blanks into bottles.
Note that some bottle blanks will be scrapped when producing bottles, i.e. some bottles are made and not qualified and are thrown away. That’s why we order some extra spares for the bottle blanks.
