1、Common sense of packaging.

There are a variety of packaging methods, different products have different packaging methods. In this article, we mainly talk about packaging according to the product category. Whatever we can achieve, we have to satisfy the customer. Of course the packaging requirements are different and the prices are different.
2、Packaging of HDPE plastic bottles.
In most cases, a carton + inner bag (large plastic bag) is sufficient. Extruded and blown HDPE bottles, the surface is matte, although LDPE/PP compared to not as matte as HDPE, but the overall of these materials are not easy to scratch, so the default is not a separate set of bags.
3、Packaging of PET plastic bottles.
PET material has smooth surface, easy to have scratches. Our customers do more daily chemical, the surface requirements of the product is relatively high, so most cases are carton + inner bag (large plastic bag) + each bottle set of bags. Each bottle bag will increase the cost, the bag will also increase the cost, many customers’ products are not so high requirements do not need a single bottle bag, such as the application of the most food and beverage bottles are almost always not bagged.
4, other packaging.
Self-adhesive bags: there is a strip at the mouth, tear off to stick.
Zipper bag: the mouth can slide the zipper block to open and close the bag, which is a little more expensive than self-adhesive bags.
